The solution, emulsion, suspension liquid or slurry are sprayed into fine beads in the hot air, going down from the top of the drying chamber to the bottom, the water will be evaporated to and the product becomes the small granular product. Induce hot air from the top of the drying tower, at the same time, pump the material liquid to the top of the tower by the high-pressure pump, the feeding solution becomes fine beads or small droplets through the pressure nozzle(s). When the droplets meet the high-temperature hot air, the water will be evaporated immediately, and the material liquid is dried into the dry product in a very short time, the product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower, or from the cyclone (depend on the configuration). When the hot air contacts with the droplets, the temperature declines significantly, and the humidity increases greatly, and then will be exhausted by the exhaust fan. The fine powder in the air will be collected through different separating devices There’re different fine powder separation and recovery devices, such as cyclone (the common type and various combination type), bag filter, cyclone + bag filter, cyclone + wet scrubber, and bag filter + wet scrubber, etc. We should different fine powder separation and recovery devices as per the characteristics of the product and requirements of the customer. Depend on the product features and requirements, we might install a secondary drying and cooling system (such as ZLG vibration fluid bed or pneumatic transportation), formulation system or powder sieving system etc after the spray dryer, or dehumidifier. The particle size of the product from the pressure spray dryer is normally within the range of 120mesh to 20 mesh. If bigger particles are required, we suggest FL Fluidized Granulator or re-combined agglomerator.

YPG Pressure Spray Dryer
The YPG Pressure Spray Dryer has a device that can function drying and granulating together. The spraying pressure, spraying flow, and the size of the spray nozzle of the liquid material pump can be adjusted according to the requirements and the specific size of granule balls can be achieved.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The liquid or paste raw material is sprayed into small liquid drops by pressed sprayer draw assistance from the pressure of the diaphragm pump and quickly drying through amply heat exchange (10-90sec.). Most of the powder granules are collected from the outlet of discharge at the bottom of the dryer. The wasted air and fine powder are separated by the cyclone, the wasted air is exhaust from a draft fan, and fine powder is collected at the bottom of cyclone. There is a second-grade duster equipped at the outlet; therefore, the recovery rate of the finished powder granule can be 96% to 98%.
FEATURES
1.Rapid drying speed. The surface area of the material will be enlarged greatly when liquid raw material is atomized and 95% - 98% of water can be evaporated instantly in the hot airflow. The drying time only needs to take several seconds. This dryer is especially suitable for heating sensitive material.
2. The finished product is a ball granule with a uniform size. Its fluidity and solubility are good. The quality and purity of the product are very high.
3. Depend on the characteristics of raw material, the dryer can use hot air to dry or use cool air to granulate.
4.Simple and stable operation. The control system is convenient which is easy to realize automatic operation.
