All parts in contact with materials, products, and air inlet are manufactured by high-quality stainless steel. By the three-grade purification device, the filtered air could meet the requirement of10,000 class. The wall cooling device is installed to keep temperature below80 so that the materials will not be coked or deteriorated even stick on the wall. The powder collecting efficiency could be highly increased (more than98-99%).
According to product characteristics and customer requirements, air sweeping or wall scraping devices can be configured correspondingly improve the yield.
Based on the early technology of home and abroad, the Spray Dryer for Chinese Traditional Medicine Extract is suitable for drying the materials that are low in melting point and high in sugar contents, and the machine owns the characteristics that its product will not stick onto the wall, uneasy to absorb the moisture, etc. The technological conditions for spray and drying are decided according to the features and property of the products to be dried in the machine. Innovation
● The tail gas is treated by wet dust remover specially designed to reduce the loss of water in the process of dust removal such as the need to further reduce the cost of the product. The purified water can be used as circulating water. When the material is collected to a certain concentration, it can be returned to the concentration process, and there is almost no loss of the material.
● The pressure measuring device in the main tower of the spray dryer can observe the operation state according to the negative pressure.
The cyclone has a pressure difference device. According to the pressure difference, it can be judged whether there is a cyclone blockage phenomenon. Likewise, according to the main tower air filter pressure difference transmitter, it can be judged whether there is a blockage filter.
With the increase of drying tower straight section, the material stay time can be prolonged, so as to improve production capacity.
